About

Built to work both sides of your risk.

Most firms work one side of your risk — the technology, or the people. Secure & Whole was built for where they meet: the controls, and the humans they depend on.

The founder

Two worlds, one person.

Secure & Whole was founded by Rachel Kahn, a security and risk executive with more than two decades at the top of the field. She advises boards and C-suite leaders, has served as a Chief Information Security Officer and Vice President of Sales & Alliances, and has built and led global programs across security, compliance, governance, and AI risk.

What sets her apart is a fluency few in her field have: the science of human capacity. She trained as a Whole Health Coach through the US Department of Veterans Affairs, is certified in Somatic Attachment Therapy, and has deeply studied nervous-system regulation and brain retraining — because she kept seeing the same truth from the inside: the people her work depended on were the one piece no framework accounted for.

She has led at the top of high-stakes roles, and knows firsthand what it asks of a person. It's why she understands those she serves — and why she's certain the most demanding work is done best by people who are whole. Secure & Whole is where her two worlds meet: rigorous about the controls, and perceptive about the people.

What we believe

Your greatest risk and your greatest strength are the same.

Every safeguard, every judgment call, every result depends on a human being. That makes your people the place risk concentrates — and the place your best work comes from. Most approaches treat those as separate: security here, well-being there. We don't. The same steadiness that prevents a costly mistake is what sharpens judgment and produces the strongest work — and people do that work best not when they're merely holding on, but when they're whole. So we don't choose between them; we work the full picture, because security and strength were never two problems, but one.

Let's talk.

Whether you're protecting an organization or steadying yourself, it starts the same way — a conversation.
